The high heel is feminine but in the long unhealthy


Indispensable for the heel 12 this is unwelcome news but our favourite shoes, if you wear constantly from morning till night, can damage our aesthetically feminine form.

We have always known that a disproportionate use of high heels can cause damage to the spine and can damage our posture as well as causing pain in the sole of the foot, heel and ankles aching awareness.
