Weight loss of life in successive stages


"Breakfast like a king, lunchtime like a prince and dinner like a pauper" is a famous proverb is very true and given the fact that 25 percent of calories should come from day day food. Sugar is the main power source for the mind and the continuous supply of glucose is necessary to improve focus, mental performance, memory and mood. Research showed that day food can replenish glucose stages in the mind.

Skipping day food often leads to a lack of focus, irritability, low stages of blood vessels glucose stages and a strong desire for meals in mid-morning or lunchtime. This results in overeating and excess body weight. Actually, it would be easier to maintain a healthy and balanced body weight by eating small healthy meals and balanced snacks more often than missing food. In India, there is a wide range of products that are available healthy and balanced day food and provide the necessary amount of power to maintain throughout the day. Breakfast foods vary from area to area.

Let's review some of the common day food products.

•  Idli and dosa - based grain and pulses, it gives a heap of power and proteins and clean vegetables had with sambar if it helps with nutritional supplements.

•  Upma - there are varieties of upma ready, most of them with a food that is full of power. However upma ready with broken rice and clean vegetables is very healthy and balanced because of its soluble fiber material.


•  Sandwiches - made with clean vegetables or shredded chicken and brown breads is a complete meals containing all day food nutrients and soluble fiber of course. For those looking to shed bodyweight, cheese or mayonnaise should be avoided.

•  Omelette bread - is a protein-rich meals day food and strongly recommended especially for children, athletes and those who seek to get ripped. However, people with high cholesterol stages levels or heart problems should prepare the omelette with the egg white oatmeal with dairy and clean fruit - Oats gaining much popularity these days because of its high-content of linens and its benefits in reducing cholesterol stages in the body. So oatmeal with skimmed dairy and clean fruit is a very wise decision especially for those who are on a diet.

•  Stuffed parathas - if it is ready with less oil, parathas are very healthy and balanced and an ideal day food. Stuffing can be anything from potatoes, radishes, cauliflower, sprouted green gram, paneer (made from skimmed milk) and so on. Maize / grain / rice flakes corn flakes are very popular for lunchtime. Now a days you have many of them available on the market that is enriched with calcium / iron or natural vitamins. It is very healthy and balanced when taken with skimmed dairy and clean fruit. Breakfast means breaking the fast. There is no better way to start your day than have a healthy and balanced day food. With many options available now, be creative and make your day food as interesting as possible so that you can never skip day food again!
