Diet to lose weight: foods low in fat and carbohydrates

The number of diet products and “miracle” to lose weight is so many, but few of these allow you to achieve the promised results. One thing is certain. If you want to lose weight you have to commit and you must be ready to change in a substantial way you’re eating habits, and you have to constantly perform physical exercises, with the knowledge that lose weight overnight, but the results in weight loss you will see with time.


Nearly all diets that reduce the intake of foods high in calories will result in weight loss if they are followed exactly. However, such diets are difficult to sustain, and the serious problems in maintaining the weight appear as soon as the diet will be abandoned. If after a diet will not follow the healthy eating habits will result in weight gain.
